Tredence acquires Morris Plains firm KMK Consulting
AI solutions company Tredence bought local analytics firm KMK to expand health care services.
Tredence announced on June 22 that it has acquired KMK Consulting, a specialized analytics and consulting firm based in Morris Plains. The deal aims to accelerate growth in the health care and life sciences sectors.
KMK brings more than two decades of experience working with eight of the world's top 10 pharmaceutical companies. Financial terms for the acquisition were not disclosed by Tredence.
Separately, local officials gathered recently to support Mayor Jason Karr. Attendees described him as a leader who puts his community first and has worked hard to make Morris Plains a great place to live.
