Tredence acquires Morris Plains firm KMK Consulting
AI solutions company Tredence bought local analytics firm KMK to expand life sciences work, while Mayor Jason Karr drew support from county peers.
On June 22, AI and data-science solutions company Tredence announced the acquisition of Morris Plains-based KMK Consulting. Financial terms for the deal were not disclosed by the companies involved.
KMK is a specialized analytics firm with expertise in life sciences and biopharma industries. The local business works with eight of the world's top 10 pharmaceutical companies and has more than two decades of experience.
Separately, friends and colleagues from across Morris County gathered last evening to show support for Mayor Jason Karr. Attendees noted that the mayor puts his community first and has made Morris Plains a great place to live.
The gathering included many local mayors who are committed to delivering results for their residents.
