Montclair law firm adds two attorneys; Essex County honors resident
Spiro Harrison & Nelson announced new hires while the Essex County Board of Commissioners recognized a Montclair resident during Pride Month.
The full-service law firm Spiro Harrison & Nelson, headquartered in Montclair, has added two experienced attorneys to its team. The firm named Daniel S. Eckenrode as a senior associate and Kylie Spencer as a litigation associate based in New York City.
Eckenrode will join the Trusts and Estates Practice Group with extensive experience advising clients. This expansion comes as Montclair continues to be recognized for community initiatives, including being listed among New Jersey's most welcoming towns.
Separately, the Essex County Board of Commissioners held its annual LGBTQ Pride Month Celebration in 2026. The event included honors presented to a resident from Montclair alongside recognition for a group based in Newark.
