Boonton sees industrial sale, new solar project
A 12,000-square-foot facility sold while a rooftop system adds clean energy to an apartment community.
Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey reported the completion of three industrial transactions in Morris County. This activity includes the sale of a 12,000-square-foot industrial facility located specifically in Boonton.
In separate news regarding local infrastructure, PowerLutions Solar finished a rooftop project at an AvalonBay community in town. The Lakewood-based firm delivered approximately 747 kilowatts DC of on-site clean energy for the site.
The solar installation was developed with REV Energy Ventures and aims to cut emissions while boosting renewable use. This addition represents a shift toward premium infill spaces and sustainable utilities within the district.
